Our commitment to quality training
Every horse and pony receives patient, consistent, and professional handling. Before being offered for sale, each is carefully trained and extensively desensitised to a high standard, ensuring they are well-mannered and comfortable in various situations. Although we specialise in cobs we occasionally We produce kids ponies to horses with real future show potential.
Harber's Purchasing Policy
1. Reserve/Confirm Your Horse
Place an order for the horse you are interested in. You will not be charged at this stage, and there is no option to enter bank account details.
2. Receive Your Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of your order in your emails, and our friendly staff will contact you using the phone number and email address you provide.
3. Arrange a Viewing
We will arrange a convenient time for you to view the horse, either in person or virtually.
4. Decide to Proceed
If you are happy with the horse after viewing, our team will discuss the purchase, potential deposit and next steps with you.
5. Complete Your Purchase
Once you are happy to proceed and the purchase is completed, you will receive your receipt.
6. Arrange Transport
Horses can only leave Harber’s once suitable transport has been arranged and confirmed. Buyers can organise their own transport, or we are happy to help arrange transport through reputable horse transportation companies and find a suitable, budget-friendly quote.
Please note that transport, as well as export costs are separate from the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Our aim is to make the process of buying your horse simple, transparent and stress-free, while ensuring every horse leaves safely and with suitable transport arrangements in place.
